Close to the port of La Trinité sur Mer, this proud 1900s building is linked to the history of Carnac, which it overlooks from the heights. Below are the swimming pool and a large terrace, where light meals are served in summer. In the restaurant, the cuisine does honour to local seafood, and the view over the Quiberon bay and islands is fantastic. The fully renovated interior is a clever blend of wood, stone and marble, with elegant bedrooms and suites with garden terraces. A hammam and spa offer a wide range of treatments and massages. The main body of the building dates from 1900 and the restaurant room which overhangs the swimming pool dates from 1940.

If you prefer quality meats, do not worry. The chef who comes from Limousin, cook them marvellously : loins of lamb, beef fillets, steaklets of duck and other meat meals have no secrets for him.
